عند تسجيل دخولك إلى تطبيق مشاتل فإنك تقبل جميع "الشروط والأحكام وسياسة الخصوصية"، وتوافق على الالتزام بها جنبا إلى جنب مع أية سياسات أخرى نخطرك بها من وقت لآخر، وجميع هذه الشروط والأحكام وسياسة الخصوصية وأي تحديثات أخرى نخطرك بها تشكل في مجموعها هذه الاتفاقية فيما بيننا. لا شيء في هذه الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بالتسوق عبر الإنترنت ينتقص من حقوقك القانونية بصفتك عميلا أو غير ذلك.

طلبيات التوصيل من خارج الإمارات

ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك، فإن المواد التي يتم طلبها على هذا الموقع يتم توصيلها داخل الإمارات فقط. ننوه بأن أية مادة في هذا الموقع غير متوفرة أو مناسبة للاستخدام خارج الإمارات. إذا اخترت تسجيل دخولك إلى هذا الموقع من خارج الإمارات، فإنك وحدك مسؤول عن الالتزام بالقوانين المحلية هناك بقدر ما تنطبق هذه القوانين المحلية على استخدامك لهذا الموقع.

الأطفال

نحن نبيع موادنا للبالغين فقط (الفئة العمرية 18 عاما فما فوق). إذا كان عمرك أقل من 18 عامًا، فلا يجوز لك استخدام هذا الموقع إلا بمشاركة أحد والديك أو الأوصياء عليك.

الألوان والمواصفات وقياسات المنتجات

لقد بذلنا كل جهد ممكن لعرض ألوان ومواصفات وقياسات المواد التي نبيعها على الموقع بأكبر قدر ممكن من الدقة. تعتمد الألوان التي تراها في موقعنا على دقة الشاشة الخاصة بك، لا يمكننا أن نضمن أن عرض الشاشة لأي لون يعكس بدقة لون القطعة التي تم توصيلها إليك. قد نقوم من وقت لآخر بتغيير قياسات ومواصفات وكميات المواد المعروضة على موقعنا دون إشعار مسبق. على سبيل المثال، تخضع باقات الزهور للمواسم التي تتوفر فيها الزهور التي تدخل في تشكيل هذه الباقات.

توفر المواد واستبدالها

قبولنا للطلبيات التي تتقدم بها مرهون بتوفر المواد المطلوبة. إذا أصبحَت المواد التي طلبتها غير متوفرة لأي سبب، فسوف نتصل بك باستخدام معلومات الاتصال التي قدمتها عند التقدم بطلبيتك لاقتراح أحد الخيارات التالية:

توفير مادة بديلة ذات جودة وسعر مماثلين إذا كان ذلك ممكنًا.

حذف المادة غير المتوفرة من طلبيتك وإعادة ثمنها إليك.

إذا لم نتمكن من الاتصال بك أو لم نتلق ردًّا منك، فسنقوم بتوصيل بقية المواد المدرجة في طلبيتك ونرد لك قيمة المادة التي لم نتمكن من توفيرها.

ملفك الشخصي

يتوجب عليك الاشتراك في موقعنا لتتمكن من شراء المواد المعروضة عليه. أنت وحدك مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية معلومات الدخول الخاصة بحسابك (اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور)، وكذلك منع الوصول غير المصرح به إلى ملفك الشخصي. أنت توافق على قبول تحمل المسؤولية عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم باسم حسابك أو باستخدام كلمة المرور الخاصة بك. يرجى اتخاذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لضمان سرية اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور. يرجى إبلاغنا على الفور إذا كان لديك أي سبب يدفعك للاعتقاد بأن اسم المستخدم و/ أو كلمة المرور الخاصة بك قد أصبحت معروفة لأي شخص آخر، أو أنها تستخدم أو يحتمل أنها تستخدم دون تصريح منك.

نحتفظ بالحق في الحيلولة بينك وبين دخول الموقع، أو إلغاء حسابك، أو إزالة/ تعديل المحتوى، أو إلغاء طلبيتك وفقا لتقييمنا الخاص. إذا ألغينا طلبيتك، لن يتم تحصيل رسوم منك.

العقد بيننا

عندما تتقدم بطلبيتك لشراء مواد باستخدام موقعنا، فهذا يكون بمثابة عرض منك إلينا لشراء هذه المواد. سنؤكد استلام طلبيتك عن طريق إرسال رسالة إلى بريدك الإلكتروني تلخص تفاصيل طلبيتك ("رسالة تأكيد الطلبية").

السعر

يتم تحرير فواتير المشتريات بالدرهم الإماراتي وفق السعر السائد وقت التقدم بطلبيتك. على الرغم من أننا نحاول التأكد من دقة جميع الأسعار في الموقع، فقد تحدث أخطاء. إذا اكتشفنا خطأً في أسعار المواد التي طلبتها، فسنتصل بك في أقرب وقت ممكن. سيكون لديك الخيار في تأكيد طلبيتك وفق السعر الذي تم تصحيحه أو إلغاء الطلبية. إذا لم نتمكن من الاتصال بك، فسنتعامل مع المادة التي تم تصحيح سعرها في طلبيتك باعتبارها ملغاة.

السداد

نقبل السداد باستخدام بطاقات الائتمان، وبطاقة الخصم , وطرق دفع Apple Pay , Samsung Pay .

نعتذر حاليًّا عن قبول الدفع بالشيكات.

طرق التقسيط

نقبل التقسيط عن طريق الشركات المعتمدة داخل الدولة مثل , تابي وتمارا

عند التقدم بطلبيتك، يطلب نظامنا تلقائيًّا من الجهة المصدرة لبطاقتك بالسماح بخصم المبلغ الذي يمثل قيمة مشترياتك. إذا حصلنا على تفويض ساري المفعول، فستحتفظ جهة إصدار بطاقتك بهذه القيمة لحين قبول طلبيتك واستيفائنا لقيمة مشترياتك. إن استلام تفاصيل بطاقة الائتمان الخاصة بك وحجز قيمة المشتريات لا يعني قبولنا لطلبيتك.

يرجى ملاحظة أننا لا نستطيع ضمان أمن البيانات عند إرسالها لنا عن طريق بريدك الإلكتروني. لذلك، يُرجى عدم إرسال معلومات الدفع إلينا باستخدام البريد الإلكتروني. للحصول على تفاصيل التدابير الأمنية التي نستخدمها، يرجى قراءة بيان الخصوصية الخاص بنا. ما لم يكن ذلك إهمالًا منَّا أو احتيالًا من جانبنا، فإننا لن نكون مسؤولين تجاهك عن أية خسائر ناجمة عن الوصول غير المصرح به إلى المعلومات الشخصية والمعاملات التي تقدمها لنا عند التقدم بطلبيتك.

التوصيل

يتم توصيل الطلبيات على مدار ستة أيام في الأسبوع، نقبل توصيل الطلبيات في نفس اليوم حتى الساعة الثالثة مساء.

By sign in to Mashatel.ae Application you are accepting all the “Terms & Conditions And Privacy Policy" and agree to be bound by these on-line shopping terms and conditions, the Privacy Statement and such other policies as we notify you of from time to time, which together constitute the entire agreement between us. Nothing in these On-line shopping terms and conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.

Orders for Delivery Outside the UAE

Unless otherwise specified the materials on this website are directed for delivery only within UAE. We do not represent that any item referred on this website is appropriate for use or available in locations outside the UAE . If you choose to access this website from locations outside the UAE area you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws apply.

Children

We only sell items to adults (i.e. those aged 18 or over). If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Colors, Specifications and Dimensions of Products

We have made every effort to display the colors, specifications and dimensions of items on the website as accurately as possible. The colors you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will reflect accurately the color of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice. For example, the bouquets are subject to seasonal availability of flowers.

Availability of Items and Substitution

We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either:
Offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible; or
Cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item. or
If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process any remaining items on your order and refund you for the items we were unable to supply.

Your Profile

You will need to register with us to purchase items using this website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account user name and password and for preventing unauthorized access to your profile. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please take all necessary steps to ensure that the user name and password is kept confidential and secure. Please inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your user name and/or password has become known to anyone else, or are being, or are likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.

Please ensure the details you provide us with on registration are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to those details (e.g. change of email or postal address). You can access and update your registration details using the "My Account" area of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

To fulfill our obligations to you under these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions we communicate with you by e-mail and by posting notices on the website. The contract between us

When you place an order to purchase items using our website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarizing the details of your order ("Order Confirmation E-mail").

Prices

Products are invoiced in KD at the prevailing price as of the time you place your order. Although we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either confirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

Payment

We accept payment via Credit Card, Debit Card and APPLE PAY , SAMSUNG PAY

Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques at the moment.

Installment methods

It is recommended to pay installments through approved companies within the country, such as Tabby and Tamara

When you place your order, our system automatically asks your card issuer for authorization for this amount. If we get a valid authorization, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from us. Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when you send us by Email. Accordingly, please do not send us payment information using Email. For details of the security measures we employ please read our Privacy Statement.. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to the personal and transactional information you provide to us when placing an order.

Delivery

Deliveries are made 6 days a week, we accept same-day deliveries up until 3 PM
